Week Beg 4th May

  • Barnaby Brocket Project! 

For this week's extra learning challenge, we have a very exciting project for you to do. It is based on a book called “The Terrible Thing that Happened to Barnaby Brocket” about a special boy who travels all around the world. There’s an interactive presentation to work through where you can read chapters from the book and there will be a series of questions and challenges to complete each week.

Please, send us by email the final piece of writing of your children on Friday 1st, and we will be really happy to read them and upload them to the website.

  • 'Read it again' competition

Various members of staff have filmed themselves reading the books and now you need to go and watch the videos and vote on your favourite. The videos and the link to the quiz where you can vote is in a folder on the 'Home Learning' tab within 'The Trumpington Federation' at the top of the page. Please make sure you vote by Saturday 9th May. We will then count the votes and announce the winning book!
