Week commencing 14th Oct 2019

This week has been filled with puppets (and our Guinness World Record attempt)! We began the week by thinking back to when we made our puppets and how did it. Here are some of our instructions for the eagles, toucans and pelicans:

We then had three performances on Tuesday.  Below you will find some photos from the day. A huge thank you to all the parents/carers who came along and watch us and a massive well done all the children in the class who did such a fabulous job. There were a lot of children from the class who took on additional roles (like the narrators and operating the large puppets).

It has also been wonderful to receive lots of homework this week. We have Anderson shelters all around the classroom, rationing recipes, gas masks, parachutes and a selection of word searches.

This week in English, we have finished off writing our warning stories. In Maths we have continued with multiplication.
