Our Learning

First and foremost, we are a learning community. We recognise that as individuals we all learn in different ways.  We use a variety of techniques and strategies to ensure that all members of our community learn, progress and achieve well, we have high expectations of ourselves, our children and our community.

Staff work in cross-Federation teams to collaborate and share knowledge and expertise and develop high quality teaching and learning sequences.

We value and invest in the training and development of our staff because we know that by developing their skills and expertise, the greater the achievement of our children. 

Our staff are encouraged to collaborate, research and develop opportunities to learn from outstanding practice within and across the federation, locally and nationally.
