Week commencing 30th Sept 2019

This week, we enjoyed a trip to the library! We walked down the guided bus route and took a short bus journey into town. Once we arrived at the Library, we were met by the librarian who introduced us to the range of books available. We were then allowed to look at all the books in the children's section and share a book with a partner. The Librarian then read us a story and a poem. She told us some very interesting facts such as... there are over half a million books in the Cambridge central library! WOW! 

English - This week, we have been writing our innovated stories into our books and taking part in writing conferences with Mrs Chapman to make our work even better! 

Maths - This week, we have been looking at addition. In particular, we have been thinking about how our number bonds to 10, 20 and 100 can help us work out other addition equations.
