Maths: We've moved onto a new unit in Maths  - Addition and Subtraction. This week, we've focused on addition. We looked at adding 10, 100 and 1000, before moving onto the column method of addition.  Keep practising this home! Can you have a go at the challenge question below?

English: We have also moved on to a new unit in English. We are now looking at information texts and have discussed the tools writers use to create texts which are both informative and engaging. The first part of our model text is shown below - why not practise this with the actions at home?

Topic: The children have been exploring Ancient Greek patterns in their sketch books. They've used these ideas to design and create their own vase designs. The end result is wonderful!
