Week commencing 2nd March 2020

The highlight of the week was World Book Day! Well done to everyone who dressed up... The costumes were amazing! World Book Day began with an assembly, where we talked about how schools are coming together to read one million books! 

After the assembly, we did some buddy reading with Darwin Class. Here are some photos of us reading with our buddies. 

In the afternoon, we had a quiz, participated in an 'unlocking the code' activity and did a couple of activities related to books and reading. 

Throughout the rest of the week, we have been looking at algebra in Maths. We have planned and written the first two paragraphs of our biased argument in English. As well as this, we have written biographies about Charles Darwin.
